Intro

Playtech has published a video slot game inspired by Australia, most precisely by one of its famous animal inhabitants – the koala bear. At first glance, it looks like a lot of fun, so let’s start dissecting it now! Not the bear, though – the game itself!

Theme

The first thing that we notice is the captivating nature. The landscape is based on the Australian wilderness. The picture is painted in a very nice way and the boulders, sandy soil, and lake add to the representation.

Diverse animal sounds in the background make the player feel like he is actually there.

Symbols

The signs are done in great detail and are pleasant to look at.

The special ones like wild and scatter characters are depicted as a red background square where the endearing koala face can be seen and a red-berried branch.

A regular group of symbols is consisted out of a ringtail Australian possum, Kookaburra bird, platypus which is, to say the least, interesting to gawk at…

This "Playtech" release has the layout that is made out of 4 rows and 5 reels with a total of 50 winning lines.

Now, the minimum sum that can be placed as a bet would be €0.10, while the maximum amount is €500.

If we focus only on regular signs and not the scatter symbol, out of all of them, the one that is the highest payout is the bird, while the lowest are numbers 9 and 10, as well as the letter J.

Features

Playtech has added a decent amount of features in this video slot game. By the looks of them, the players will be pleased by their number and functions as well.

The wild character can be used as a substitute for all the other ones, although, it cannot replace the scatter one, which is usually the case.

Whenever a wildlands, the koala will automatically come out of it and climb up on those tree trunks that can be found on top of the reels.

When 4 of them are collected on one single tree, koalas will start falling down on the reels and act as a wild that is staked and occupying the whole reel.

It is possible to have multiples of those rows at the same time if the tiny bears are collected!
