We're never fans of these withdrawal limits on the weekly level, but when they come on the monthly level, they're a major problem. What makes it even worse is that this isn't even the worst problem they have with payouts.
In their terms and conditions, they have an exceptionally predatory line that states that if you have winnings after claiming a bonus, and you don't get those winnings within 45 days of requesting your withdrawal, then they are forfeited. This basically means they could stall you out on a withdrawal if they wanted and then forfeit your winnings. When you combine this with the low withdrawal limits, then it's absolutely ridiculous.
Support and Customer Service
They have the usual selection of live chat and email options, but there is no option for telephone-based support. This will be a problem for many players, though some won't think it's that big of a deal. If you really prefer the telephone support line, then it's probably going to be a big disadvantage for you. With that having been said, their support team is available around the clock, day and night, so there is no gap in service from the customer service team, which is a plus.
Overview
It's sad in a way that such a promising online casino would have such ridiculous predatory terms and conditions on withdrawals. Because of these terms, we would have to recommend players take their business somewhere else. It's an extremely shady practice that no reputable online casino would take part in, regardless of whether the withdrawal limits were in place or not, and the only purpose it could possibly serve would be to steal winnings from players.
If they were to eliminate this set of problems from their terms and conditions and build up a history of taking care of their players with reliable withdrawals, then this could easily become a sought-after place to play. Until that day comes, it's best that players stay away.

They are so-so at best and if you do have an issue, expect to be ignored and brushed off and come to LCB and file a complaint or just keep up the hounding and probably they eventually do the right thing but they are a bit better than the rest that are out there overall.
