If you are into creepy-looking titles look no more- you’ve found it!
Are you willing to help Max and Claire fight incorporeal beings?
Once you load this one, you will see there are zombies all around, but there’s actually nothing terrifying about them. Making a scary subject look no frightening at all already sounds intriguing.
Even the upbeat, adventurous music proves this is not a typical freaky story. Let's see what the developers' team have prepared for us.
Betting Options and Functions
There are 5 reels and 3 rows, along with 20 fixed pay-lines.
Betting level ranges from 0.20 all the way to 200.00, which is indeed a wide spectrum.
Besides the button with a triangle on the right which initiates the reels, there’s also an “Autoplay” option which allows you to set anywhere from 5 to 100 rounds.
As for the functions, that’s pretty much it, now let’s see…
When you have a zombie-themed release, it’s only natural that all the symbols and the entire background correspond. Max and Claire are the highest paying icons, followed by the various living dead. There’s also a brain, a gun, and a bat, along with a few street signs. But, the best thing of all- none if this looks scary AT ALL!
Perhaps those who expected lots of horrors, gore and creepy action will find this one too mild. But not all titles with this thematic necessarily have to be dreadful.
To continue with the features…
…there are several icons that represent the Wild. They can replace all the other icons, except for bonus ones.
It works like this:
Whenever the main Wild, which is the one with a green radioactive liquid, stops over a zombie, it drips down on it converting it into the Wild. It’s the “Nuclear Zombie” feature.
This one remains active even when the second feature appears, and that’s the “Free Spinz”. Stacked zombies make the feature even more powerful.
Every time a line has 2,3 or 4 of the same kind, you get a re-spin, which activate the reels without icons on the winning combination, improving the existing line.
Of course, there’s more!
“Finding Claire” is triggered when 3 bonus icons hit the second, third, or fourth reel. Max gets to open the door, each of them containing some interesting prizes.
Unless you necessarily associate all the walking dead- inspired releases with lots of blood and horrible creatures crawling around, this may be a fine choice.
The game is well-designed, animation and coloration are quite fine, the music matches the whole thing making this one a complete creation with good potential. Let us not forget all the features which can transform into some additional surprises, adding a twist to the plot.
Give it a chance and you’ll see what we mean.
