Upon loading this one, gentle music and a gorgeous looking Asian girl welcome you to a dashing countryside. You can almost hear water running down a waterfall, smell the scent of plum flowers flying all around.

It seems that the Leander team really wanted to make the atmosphere realistic. The first impression is inevitably breath-taking, particularly if you are into releases with such thematic.

With a strong first impression, we have to say that the expectations are rather high.

BUT…

…we cannot guess anything until we carefully analyze all the aspects. Some creations have tons of content, perfect to the tiniest detail, from the moment you initiate them until you stop spinning. On the other hand, some tend to impress you at the beginning with nothing special to offer afterwards.

Betting Options and Functions

The game layout is in 3 rows and 5 reels, with 30 fixed pay-lines.

Betting levels from 0.40, and goes all up to 120.00, allowing you a wide range of the amount to bet on.

There’s also the “Autoplay” option to adjust from 5 to 100 of rounds to spin without you having to click all the time.

Features Explained

When a release is oriental-inspired, one quite naturally expects something vivid in coloration! That’s what this one definitely is.

To start with the main icons, there’s a pink fan, an elegant perfume bottle with plum flowers, a pot full of gold and a beautiful girl, as the top paying one. Classic card symbols from 9 to K are also among the reel images.

As for the special ones, the entrance to the temple represents the Scatter, whereas a large gong made of gold serves as the Wild. Three or more Scatters bring additional rounds. Before the standard game begins, one of the icons becomes “golden”. Special icons do not transform. The “golden ones” turn wild, and can replace all the symbols except the Scatter.

In addition to this, there’s also a Gamble feature with several interesting outcomes.

For a Chinese-themed title, we must admit that adding few more options wouldn’t hurt. But, thanks to the last one we described, we could label this one as challenging.

After going through all the elements of this title, the final verdict would be- satisfactory!

Everything that makes a game is present, the music matches the whole thing quite well…

…and those additional features look good.

Yet, there’s that feeling that something is missing. Perhaps that’s because the first impression was so notably strong, we hoped that this one will contain numerous things we have never seen or experienced before.

Aside from that, this is one average creation which gives quite a decent amount of fun. The best way to decide is to check it out for yourself.
