This may not sound so attractive, but plain video slots have lots of advantages. More on that later, though. Theme and Design

As mentioned, 777 Gems is a classical-looking one-armed bandit. When you imagine leaving everything and heading to Vegas to hopefully change your life and become a slot millionaire, this kind of game would be in front of your eyes. All the “lucky” symbols are inside the 3x3 reels: triple sevens, golden bells, bars, and a lot of shiny gems. The symbols are set in a plain, undecorated golden frame, placed on a dark red surface. There isn't much to say about the design; the word that best describes how this slot machine looks like is “minimalistic”. 

Interesting, there isn’t any music in this game, just some effects when the reels are turning. Don’t waste your time (like us) checking if is everything alright with your speakers and volume- the game is just quiet, and honestly, we didn’t enjoy playing the game in absolute silence. 

Betting Options

We told you, at the beginning of this review, that simplicity and very easy gameplay do have some advantages. And here it is- low bets! This 5 paylines Booongo product has a very low starting point- just 0.10 per round in the selected currency will get you into action ! This makes this slot machine a marvelous choice for inexperienced gamblers who are looking for a game on which they can practice their gambling skills. And, when they get some idea of how the iGaming world functions and how slots work, those minimum bets can be boosted up to 100 per round!

Slot Features 

Booongo unquestionably didn’t need ages to develop the visuals and music for this game. But, what about the features? Well, the situation is pretty much the same as with the design. There is only one surprise you can look forward to if you land nine matching gems down the reels, no matter the color - your winnings will be doubled! 

Our Take 

We didn’t have much to say about this slot machine, but don’t let that fool you- we really liked this game! Relaxing, easy to play, beautiful retro design that reminds us of those golden, land-based casino days… in fact, it was pretty exciting, after all those action-packed, modern releases, to play something so straightforward as 777 Gems. We needed this break from complicated slot machines more than we thought.
