On the second, third and fourth reels, there are wild symbols that appear in three positions stacked on top of each other. This basically amounts to an expanding wild, but the dynamic is a little different because it also shows up stacked on each of the three middle reels.

Wild Wheel Feature

When all three wilds show up and cover the middle three reels, they obviously give you at least four-of-a-kind wins (though five-of-a-kind wins become pretty easy to get since you only need to line up two symbols to get them).
