Acorn Pixie

Intro

There were always stories across the world about mystical beings that dwell in the woods and have a mischievous nature to them. One of those creatures hidden deep in the dark forest are pixies.

"Bally" software provider has published a release taking the inspiration from those folklore tales. Although they are not the first in doing so, they have added their own twist to design and gameplay.

Theme

The reels seem to have vines that use as their border.

They are set in in that forest area that has a golden hue to it that probably comes from a pixie. She lies on the left side of the reels on top of the acorns that serve her as a bed since she is so small that they make a perfect fit.

The grass beneath her is intensely green, which is probably the consequence of her nature-based powers. Her wings shine like stars and release freckles of dust around them, with her exact copy that lies on the other side.

Characters

The symbols are illustrated in a very imaginative way that corresponds to the story.

The special wild is a girl that seems to kneel in her house that is made entirely of plants, maybe like a nest that the Swallow bird has. The Scatter is a pendant with a girl standing in front of a door made out of branches.

Now:

The next 4 characters are all pixies as well in different scenarios…

…the first one is like the one in the background of the reels, the second one is playing the lute, the third one seems to be whispering something and the fourth one is sitting on a mushroom pulling her socks on.

The rests of the symbols are 3 toadstools, ladybug, dragonfly, purple fairy slippers, pink and yellow bouquets of flowers.

Betting Options and Functions

The layout has 3 rows and 5 reels. During the base game, there are 30 pay-lines in total. In the "Acorn Pixie Bonus" game as well as in the "Buy A Bonus" one, there are 50 pay-lines!

The minimum bet starts at humble 0.05, while the maximum is 250.

The biggest payout, if we are not counting the wild symbol, is the character that has the girl that is on the background as well, followed by the one playing the flute while the lowest are bouquets of flowers.
