After signing up and making my first deposit, everything seemed fine. I got the bonus on deposit and everything seemed fine. I uploaded the necessary documents for account validation just to be on the safe side if I actually won something. After winning and losing some money , I made a pretty decent amount and decided to make a withdrawal. I split the sum into two withdrawals and waited for them to approve them. 3-4 days later I receive an email stating that both withdrawals were cancelled, so I've got in touch with customer support, they explained what happened and told me to send in new pictures of everything required. A week later I receive another email saying that one of my withdrawals was accepted and the other one was still pending. Again I got in touch with customer support, asked what was the issue, they said I needed to send in a bank statement that shows my bank account number and address. I sent that in, and a day later I got a reply saying that won't do and I need to send one in with the date showing. I did that as well now I am waiting for them to approve the paperwork I sent in. Anyway long story short, they've been jerking me around for almost 2 weeks and no resolution in sight. Behind the shinny graphics and big name endorsements this casino is by far the worst casino I have ever played on. I resubmitted, along with other copies, as support said it was a "little blurry" Rejected again. Now, I understand the general idea.. but there's reasonable expectations to ensure the safety of yourself and your clients that you maintain effective communication to sort through, and there's rejecting 2 pieces of mail that clearly match the address on the license that you accepted as id that are accompanied by a picture of that same id, held up with the house number of that address clearly shown in the background.. that is GEOTAGGED to the same city as the address on the license and the pieces of mail.. personally I think that should certainly meet if not exceed the spirit of your request... short of inviting you over for dinner, I don't see how it gets much more "proven" Sometimes what you learn about your client during a voluntary KYC is that poor support and a general lack of communication encourage them to spend their time and money elsewhere.
