Intro

"This is Sparta!" Well, not really, it’s Rome but good enough!

Ancient Rome is often used as inspiration for all forms of arts, just like most of the long-gone civilizations. Not only that the theme is stretched through movies and books, but some very imaginative people used it as a base for video slots.

"Barcrest" is one of those software providers and they have published a game "Soldier of Rome" that is fun and has great visual effects.

Theme

A Roman soldier is standing next to the reels with his sword ready. His armor is illustrated with the greatest detail, and him slightly moving and blinking makes the picture even more amazing.

In the background, there are some white pillars of most likely a temple while on the left you can see a transparent map of Europe from that time period.

Sparks are flying around all over the screen since it seems there will be a fight. The reels have golden burning borders, which really makes the atmosphere come alive.
