Our review
The most honest description of LadyLuck Casino would paint it as a sleek and modern online casino that does some things well, while it falls short on others.
Namely, the casino has a wide range of offers, including a welcome package you can tailor deposit by deposit, while the selection of games in the gaming library is smaller than at many other sites.
The casino accepts players from the USA and is mainly aimed at players from that country. It is part of the TheOnlineCasino network, the affiliate programme our records list for it, which also includes TripleSeven and RedCherry.
Our records list no licensing jurisdiction for LadyLuck. An earlier version of this review named the government of Curacao as its regulator, but Curacao is not listed as its licence in our records, and Curacao is on the casino’s restricted list. Check the licence details on the casino’s own website before you deposit.
Regarding The LadyLuck Casino’s Appearance...
The website is sleek and modern. The layout is user-friendly, with the main menu at the top, just above a rotating banner that shows various games and current bonuses.
The dark, black background is contrasted by bold white letters and purple, neon-lit lines and frames, while pictures of slot machines and a city at night are dimmed so that they add depth to the design without being too invasive.
Thanks to this approach, the mobile website works smoothly on mobile devices. Our records list Android, iPhone, iPad and other mobile devices as supported.
Promotions
On The Subject Of Those Bonuses...
Firstly, the welcome offer covers the first five deposits. What is interesting about this bonus is its mix-and-match nature: you choose the type of welcome bonus you want with each of these deposits.
Our records list three welcome options: extra spins on Mardi Gras Magic, a match bonus for slots and a larger match bonus for Bitcoin deposits. For example, you can take the spins on the first deposit, then a cash boost, and keep choosing until all five deposits are covered.
Do keep in mind that the welcome spins need a higher minimum deposit than the other options, and that every welcome offer has a maximum bet while you play through it. Wagering differs from offer to offer and is higher on the spins than on the match bonuses. Amounts and wagering can change, so we do not repeat them here. See the bonuses section at the top of this page, and click the info icon on a bonus card to see its current terms.
Extra spins can also be offered outside the welcome package, so even if you take a cash boost on all five deposits, you can still get some spins. From time to time our records list seasonal free-spin offers with a bonus code. The most recent ones were for depositing players, were limited to slots and capped the cashout. They run for a short time, so check the bonuses section for the offer that is live now.
The Free Spin Challenge, which the casino ran when we first reviewed it, also gave extra spins for several video slots.
Regarding The VIP Club...
LadyLuck Casino belongs to the TheOnlineCasino network, and the VIP club is shared with the other casinos in it. Play at another casino in the network also counts towards your progress at LadyLuck.
The VIP club works with complimentary points, which can be traded for cash.
Software
The Gaming Library Is Limited But Covers The Basics
The library is limited because only a few software developers supply it. Our records list three: Real Time Gaming, SpinLogic Gaming and Visionary iGaming.
There is a decent selection of video slots and most of the classic casino games. Our records list no live dealer game types for LadyLuck. An earlier version of this review said there were no live dealer games at all; Visionary iGaming has since been added to the provider list, so check the lobby if live tables matter to you.
Despite its limits, the library has some well-known video slots.
Some Of These Video Slots Are 5 Wishes, Asgard Deluxe, Paddi’s Lucky Forest, Secret Jungle, Miami Jackpots, Cleopatra’s Gold, Cash Bandits 3, The Three Stooges, Eternal Love, Spring Wilds, Diamond Fiesta, Lucha Libre 2, Crystal Waters, Mardi Gras Magic.
Regarding The Table Games, blackjack and roulette are the main games available, followed by video poker games such as All American Poker, Joker Poker, Deuces Wild, Sevens Wild, Jacks Or Better, and more.
Banking Methods
Our records hold no list of banking methods for LadyLuck. When we first reviewed it, the options ranged from bank wire transfer, through credit and debit cards such as MasterCard and Visa, to services such as Neosurf and ecoPayz. Check the cashier for the options open to you.
LadyLuck Casino is crypto-friendly. Besides US dollars, our records list six cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Litecoin, Tether and USD Coin.
The minimum deposit depends on the banking method. When we first reviewed the casino, ecoPayz allowed lower deposits, while bank wire transfer allowed the largest withdrawals.
Our records list these withdrawal details:
- Identity checks (KYC) are done within 1 business day.
- Crypto withdrawals take 1 business day.
- Bank transfers take up to 5 business days.
- The withdrawal limit is listed as 1,000,000, with no period given.
Higher levels of the VIP club can request larger sums. The casino itself does not charge fees, but some banking services may charge a transaction fee.
Customer Service
The live chat icon sits in the bottom right corner of every page, which makes it an easy and quite fast way to reach the casino’s staff.
The other channel is email; our records list support@theonline.casino. Our records list no phone number, and the casino has described its support as available 24/7.
Who Can Play
Our records list ten restricted regions for LadyLuck: Belgium, Costa Rica, Curacao, France, Germany, the Netherlands, the Netherlands Antilles, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and Ontario in Canada. The United States is not on the list. Some seasonal offers exclude further countries, mostly in Eastern Europe. English is the only language our records list.
Overview
Taking everything above into account, LadyLuck Casino lands in the middle ground.
The welcome package, which lets you tailor the offer to each of your first five deposits, is a strong point, and seasonal spin offers appear from time to time. Other parts are weaker.
The gaming library would be more engaging with more software developers. Wagering is high on some offers, so read the terms before you claim one. Our records list no licensing jurisdiction, so check the licence on the casino’s own website.
If you don't mind a limited selection of games and you read the bonus terms first, LadyLuck Casino offers a well-designed site for US players, with crypto payments and quick listed withdrawal times.

I had a pretty good time playing at Lady Luck Casino. The site is easy to use, and everything runs smoothly without glitches. very questionable on many levels, but the real kicker is when I won $2300 and they closed my account claiming that I had previously used a bonus more than once, and this win was on a clean deposit. there are better platforms out there.

Terrible customer support. Withdrawals take forever and it's always some type of excuse and false promise that you'll get your withdrawal within 24 hours or 72 hours. Whatever, but you never get it.

Hence there nothing on their term and rule saying that. They change their term and rule quites Ive tried here 1 month, I never come back I dont think they can pay out of you win more than 1000

I used the 10$ free chip but never managed to get my balance over like $12 unfortunately. They have the free chip listed on their promotions page as a $100 cash out challenge and let me just say that it is indeed quite the challenge because you can only cash out if you manage to reach exactly $100 no more no less and you would have to do a test deposit for whatever reason I never really understood that rule aside from just an excuse to get you to not withdraw any money on a no deposit bonus without having to first deposit your own money so you don't ever actually get anything completely free but it's pretty standard at most casinos these days. I think if the free chip were just a little bit more I might have had a chance to reach cash out but with only ten bucks I found it too hard. I do like that they have free monthly slot tournaments. I never win those either but they are fun to play at least.

Another abandoned casino. I have no clue how or why that happens but it's like casinos like lady luck pop up, offer great bonuses at first then completely fall short before ever fully establishing themselves. Not impressed with the payouts either. Lost immediately. No for me dog
