NetEnt is not resting on its laurels as one of the world's leading game developers. Their current exhibition at ICE Totally Gaming in London shows just how broad and deep their offering goes.

Gonzo's Quest in Virtual Reality!

The top of the news is NetEnt's announcement that after two-years of work they are ready to take on the virtual reality world of real money gaming this year when they release Gonzo's Quest VR in the summer. The game will be available for play on any device through a web browser, with no need to download a dedicated app. Players can simply log in to any casino carrying the game, tap the VR button, and plug in their headset to immerse themselves in Gonzo's world.

First-Mover in VR Gambling

NetEnt CEO, Per Eriksson noted that NetEnt is a 'first-mover' in virtual reality and have been at the forefront of the technology since announcing their plans for the game in 2016.

He added, "NetEnt is continuously investigating in new ways of developing and distributing games and firmly believes VR has the potential to be an important channel in the future."

Jumanji™ | Narcos™ | Vikings™

During the company's traditional unveiling ceremony at the event, NetEnt displayed their newly announced Jumanji video slot, along with Narcos and Vikings. Narcos is based on the hit television series.

They also highlighted their customized multi-table live casino concept which was developed in association with Mr Green Casino.

Funding Gambling Therapy Website

Eriksson also underlined NetEnt's commitment to social responsibility and responsible gaming. On day two of the event, they launched a new website the company has funded for Gambling Therapy. The new domain offers practical advice and emotional support through an improved tool for those affected by problem gambling.

"We are pleased to be able to use this high-profile occasion to underline the importance of responsible gaming to NetEnt and the wider industry. We are firmly committed to ensuring the highest levels of fairness, player protection, and security," Eriksson said.
