Our review
RoadHouse Reels has closed. Our records do not give a closing date. The casinos listed at the top of this page are open alternatives.
What RoadHouse Reels Was
RoadHouse Reels was an online casino. The review we published in 2015 described it as one of the Grand Privé casinos, run as a download casino for PCs. Our records give no launch date, owner or operator. They list Grand Prive Affiliates as its affiliate program.
According to that review, the games were slots and video machines, table games such as blackjack, sic bo and poker, and video poker, including Jacks or Better and Poker Ride.
Licence and Software
Our records list Curaçao (CGA) as the licensing jurisdiction of RoadHouse Reels and Saucify as its software. A listing in our records is a starting point, not proof of a valid licence.
Currencies, Languages and Regions
Our records list nine currencies: Australian, Canadian and US dollars, British pounds, euros, the Danish and Norwegian krone, the Swedish krona and Bitcoin. English is the only language they list. They mark the casino as mobile friendly, with Android, iPhone, iPad and other mobile devices.
Our records list 25 restricted regions, including the United Kingdom, France, Spain, the Netherlands, Ireland, Australia, Japan, Russia and Ontario in Canada. The United States is not on the list.
Withdrawals
Our records list a pending time of 48 hours, e-wallet withdrawals as instant and check or wire transfer as 5-7 business days. They also say that withdrawals above 2,000 euros, pounds or dollars were paid in instalments, depending on the player’s status.

I will consider playing here, and changing this review one way or the other afterwards.

I like the games at this casino but this casino offers no bonuses ever. I rate this casino with a 3 star rating.

I like playing the Betonsoft casinos but Roadhouse Reels is a disappointment. They make you jump through hoops to get paid on a withdrawal and customer service is not very helpful.

I wanted to play at roadhouse reels very badly , but they only took Visa, so after getting some free spins & playing a little that just made me want to play even more then their birthday celebration came up talking about free spins, the wild joker dropping free money in random accounts, tournaments, Oh they glorified it to hilt , by then I wanted to play so bad before the week was up, I started talking to chat saying I would deposit & play if they could make it so they took Mastercard , the first guy told me to send in my documents , which included a scan of my card , but to cover the 1st 4 & last 4 numbers & to cover my cvv as well, I asked how long it would to take to verify everything and he said oh about 4 hours which just thrilled me to death, so as it was late at night the next morning ,I went to chat & of course the first it was a woman,& she told me to send another document & she would get back with me, so I waited & went to chat again & of course it was someone else, & she told me the documents were ok but I needed to cover the middle set of numbers, I was about ready to pull my hair but I covered the middle numbers thinking to myself well now they will have all the numbers & told her she now had all the numbers for my credit , sent the scan ,went back to chat she said she got it but you could see the numbers so I put 3 layers of masking tape across the numbers & resent it , & she said I'll make you a deal cover it up just a little more & give you free spins on tails of New York so here I go put FIVE LAYERS & scan it again go back to chat & I said now what ?Well now wee have to wait until they approve it .So I go for a few days playing & doing other stuff the big birthday bash is about over I'm pissed ,so finally one morning I go in and go to chat and I telling yet another girl about everthing that's been going on , so I'm not looking at what she's typing cause I'm a hunt & peck typer, can't help it can hold my hands in the right places lol look up & out of everything she had written ,the words " well this should make you happy " popped & I then read everything she had written & I could now deposit with mastercard deposited a small amt with a bonus & went to find a game got it up pretty high & then no game I went to would hit nothing !!!! All that build up ,Anticipation were for nothing .no extra spins, no wild joker just some slots that wouldn't hit shit , well lost my money had a lousy time but damnit, roadhousereels will now take mastercard!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Like almost all other BetonSoft Casinos, you can either download the software or play on your browser. The first time I tried Roadhouse Reels was at January this year. Despite hearing only bad things about them, I wanted to give them a try. They were offering free spins for new players. I made a couple of bucks with the free spins and started to wager my winnings at the funny circus slot Roll up Roll up, I remember getting a lot of bonus rounds there. So I’ve raised my bets and went to the slot Age of Spartans. So I had wagered all my winnings and left 200€ in my account. I requested then a payout to Neteller. They sent me an Email about requested documents. No problem. They were approved quickly. Someone of their friendly support called me then to verify all my data (kind of annoying though) and my account was verified. I received then a couple of days ago 150€ due to a max cash out rule. To be honest I did not expect to receive any money from them due to bad reputation. Later then I made a deposit of 25€ and claimed a 100% match bonus but lost it very quickly at the slots Small Soldiers and Big Game. Then, the whole following week they’ve tried to reach me via a phone call. It was very annoying, I even did sent them an Email saying that I’m already verified, the answer was that once every three months they call players regarding new deposits to protect them and the casino. Very annoying if you ask me. That’s because I probably won’t play there again soon. If you can live with annoying phone calls once every 3 months, then you could maybe give them a try too. They do not seem to have paying issues. But there are some other better BetOnSoft Casinos, with Reps on LCB, where you can expect fast answers and good help. (Lotus Asia Casino or Genesys Club Casinos) Have fun
