I will try to write as little as possible about the Dream Run slot game, since there is so much information on the game to pack in here. Starting with how the racing features work and how the progressive jackpots can be won.

There are two bonus racing features. One is called the Dream Run Racing feature; it’s brought on by three green light scatters. The other is called the Nitro Racing feature, which is triggered by a Racer Tally, or prematurely triggered by a lucky hit in the Instant Trigger Chance feature, by the player.

I found it was faster to trigger the Nitro Racing feature, by collecting 10 “Racer” symbols on Reel 1, than is was to wait for three green lights to appear to trigger the Dream Run Racing feature. (Both racing features offer up to three races, free games, multipliers for the free games, and extra coins.)

The scatters, or white lights, have to change to green lights before you can get the Dream Run racing feature to trigger. Meaning, when three white lights appear they will change to either red lights or green lights. You need three green lights to trigger the Dream Run racing feature (a rare occurrence while I played).

Anyways, to make a long story short… When the Racer Tally counter reaches 10, the Nitro Racing feature is triggered. A new scene will appear where you have to choose one of five race cars. The Nitro Racing feature will begin once you’ve chosen your race car.

The Nitro Racing feature has up to four races you can win, depending on your car’s placement at the end of each race. Win 1st, 2nd or 3rd place in the first three races to get up to 25 free games and up to x7 multiplier, plus extra coins. If you place 1st or 2nd in the third race, a fourth race is triggered; the progressive jackpot race.

In the progressive jackpot race; if your race car places 1st, you win the Major progressive jackpot! If your race car lands in 5th place, or last, you win the Mini progressive jackpot.
