I had been using kats casino for sometime. Then I finally won. Was approved for my winnings after going through all the hoops of verification. This place is whack. I have $130.41 on my account and they refuse to cash it out. They will give you a so called no deposit bonus as bait, then switch when you beat the playfhrough and try to cash out.

if I were LCB I would blacklist this casino. I cleared playthrough on the initial no deposit bonus, and tried to make a $100 withdrawal with their $30 fee, back on June 6th of 2024. I made sure to carefully review and follow terms and conditions. they said 5 14 business days to process the payment. I waited patiently for that time to pass and never heard from them. I've contacted support in several different ways including email telephone call and live chat. they keep giving the runaround and saying wait for the email. I've emailed and waited an email then waited and never seen anything back. I canceled the withdrawal and tried to do it again on September 18th and I'm running into the same issues again. they say as a non-depositor they are unable to see the details of my withdrawal at support and encourage me to make a deposit which will not be happening as they clearly can't stand behind their promise to pay out so why deposit with someone that's clearly ripping you off. I definitely would recommend not depositing with these people and don't even bother with the bonus unless you're patient enough to fight with support for 70 bucks for at least 4 months. I'm still waiting to have anything come through on that. I would definitely recommend The blacklist to lcb.org for these guys from the research I have done and the personal experiences I've had. I've read nothing but poor reviews and people not receiving payments about this site. obviously do your own research but I'm here to help. away from this place to more reputable rooms.
