Opened fairly recently, Casino Dukes has been around since 2015. They have licenses in both Malta and the United Kingdom, which bodes well for them, and they are operated by Continental Gaming. They focus primarily on the UK and other European markets, and they do not accept US players. While this site has not been around very long on its own, they do have a good company operating them, and they do have licenses in two strong jurisdictions. If given time to develop their own history, they'll likely build a strong following.
Software
This online casino uses Saucify as their software provider. This company offers a good selection of games with a smooth interface no matter how you play. While their downloadable option is primarily available for PC players, you can also access their casino using an instant play platform that runs in your Internet browser. This can be played on a Mac or Linux operating system (as well as some other operating systems) as long as you have an updated Internet browser.
Mobile players are also welcome here. When you connect to their website using your smartphone, tablet or other mobile device, you will be presented with a lobby area that's been especially designed for the mobile experience. The games will expand into a full screen mode when you play, so you'll get the maximum experience available while using your touch screen to interact with the games. This is a cool way of handling the mobile experience since it doesn't really matter what kind of phone or tablet you're using. As long as your browser is updated and supports Adobe Flash, you'll be in good shape.
Slot Selection
The slots are an important part of any online casino, and Casino Dukes doesn't disappoint. They have several dozen titles to choose from in this genre, and this covers a handful of different formats. Classic three-reel games and video five-reel games both have a decent showing here, and slots fans will have no trouble finding a game that they're a fan of.
One thing that's worth pointing out is that, while Saucify does have some minor progressive jackpots, they do not have any major ones. If you're looking to win a life-changing sum of money in a single spin, then you won't really find any games here that fit the bill. This is a minor weakness, but it'll be a big deal for some players.
Table Games
Well-rounded is a good way to describe the selection of table games at this site. While there isn't much depth in terms of offering several versions of each type of game, there is plenty of breadth with lots of different types of table games being represented. Roulette, blackjack, craps, Baccarat, casino poker and video poker all have a decent showing. There are multiple versions of blackjack, all of which pay out over 99 percent if you play correctly, and about half of their video poker games do as well.
Something that's cool to see at this online casino is that they've put some effort into making sure that the games look good. While the game selection itself isn't the best in the world, the games they do have offer players a solid visual presentation, and it's going to be difficult to find something wrong with the aesthetic appeal of any of their titles. With that having been said, they are lacking in the quantity department, and they'll have a hard time competing against sites that have over 1,000 titles to choose from.
Cashier Options
EcoPayz, Skrill, Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, American Express, Neteller, Maestro, direct bank transfers and paper checks are available for banking options at this casino. You'll notice that they have all of the top options for players, but they don't have dozens of payment methods that few people use. This means that despite the fact that they don't have quite as many options as much of the competition, players shouldn't have any problem getting their deposits and withdrawals in.
One issue that players should know about is the maximum withdrawal amount of £1,000 per week. This is pretty low, and it's easily our biggest complaint about this casino. They would do much better to increase this limit if they decide they need to have one because it discourages players from playing for higher stakes.
Customer Support
In the short time this casino has been around, they seem to have shown a serious focus on offering good customer support. Live chat, email and telephone options are all available, and their customer service team is always open. For this review, we contacted Casino Dukes' support team via live chat to ask a few quick questions. We were greeted almost immediately, and our questions were all answered within a couple of minutes.

Disillusionment has arrived. I clicked on my e-mail address on a promo e-mail they'd sent to me "your log in is your e-mail address, etc@etc.com. It opened my e-mail! I don't know much about Chrome, but a) no way, b) it didn't look like a link, c) I can't test it, it's on an e-mail from them... Disillusionment has arrived.
