Casino Guru reviewed the complaint, but the case remained unresolved. They also publicly confirmed that Sun Palace Casino has a No Reaction Policy on their website and did not cooperate with their Complaint Resolution Center, which made mediation extremely difficult. I also contacted Sun Palace Casino directly to ask for a valid additional complaint/escalation path, but no clear resolution or valid alternative path has been provided to me so far.
