Casino Guru reviewed the complaint, but the case remained unresolved. They also publicly confirmed that Sun Palace Casino has a No Reaction Policy on their website and did not cooperate with their Complaint Resolution Center, which made mediation extremely difficult. I also contacted Sun Palace Casino directly to ask for a valid additional complaint/escalation path, but no clear resolution or valid alternative path has been provided to me so far. A further concern is that, after support confirmed my account is currently not eligible for any promotions, the system still sent me a āCoupon Redeemedā email for a deposit bonus, stating that bonus money would be credited once a deposit is completed.
