Fearshot Brings Ghost Hunting to Cloudbet Casino

A haunted mansion becomes the setting for the Cloudbet Casino next game release as Fearshot: Phantom Mansion launches on October 28, 2026.

Developed by Joy Studios, the Cloudbet Originals exclusive takes the form of an arcade-style ghost-hunting shooter, with players exploring rooms and firing at supernatural targets.

The release introduces what Cloudbet calls Immersive World Betting, a new casino game category that places wagering within a game world. Fearshot puts players in the role of a bounty hunter equipped with the Phantom Blaster. Firing the weapon places a bet, and the outcome is returned immediately.

That connection between shooting and wagering defines the format. Each shot carries its own stake, while the selected ghost determines the potential capture payout and the likelihood of a successful catch.

Fearshot’s Haunted Mansion Spans Seven Rooms

The hunt takes place across the Grand Foyer, Toy Room and Library, with further locations in the Boiler Room, Kitchen and Dining Hall. The seventh room, the Secret Altar, is home to a potential boss encounter.

Among the mansion’s inhabitants are Goodnight Dolly and Charlie Chatterbox. Players will also encounter the Drowned, M. T. Woe and Mr. Razorburn, along with Chef DeVour, the Head Mistress and the Wailing Widow.

Two other characters have specific roles in the payout structure. The Inquisitorcarries the largest ghost capture award, while Sister Penance can appear as a boss during a shot in the Secret Altar. Her encounter offers an additional opportunity for a payout.

Ghost Capture Payouts Range From 1.1x to 350x

The ghosts offer capture awards ranging from 1.1x to 350x. Smaller targets are caught more frequently, whereas capturing the Inquisitor is a rare outcome that pays the maximum 350x.

Target selection therefore affects both the potential return and the capture probability. Pursuing the largest award means accepting a less frequent successful capture.

Fearshot lists a 97% RTP, with a minimum wager of $0.01 per shot. The RTP is a theoretical long-term figure across many wagers, rather than a prediction of what an individual player will receive during a visit to the mansion.

Soul Collector and Boss Awards Can Combine for 1,699x

Capturing a ghost also adds a soul to the Soul Collector. Once the collector overflows, it produces an additional award of up to 999x, paid alongside the capture return.

Sister Penance introduces another payout component. Any shot in the Secret Altar can bring her into the game, and the resulting boss fight can award up to 350x. A payout remains possible even if the player does not defeat her.

The advertised 1,699x single-shot maximum combines the highest available awards from all three components. It requires a 350x ghost capture and the full 999x Soul Collector payout to occur together with the maximum 350x boss award.

Those figures describe the upper limits of the features. An ordinary capture does not automatically include either additional award, and reaching the overall maximum requires all three to coincide.
