Evolution Gaming acquires Nolimit City for More Than $350m

The move will see Evolution Gaming continue its strategy of diversifying its game portfolio and entering new markets, with Nolimit City’s games being made available to its partner casinos around the world. Nolimit’s current portfolio includes popular online slots such as Folsom Prison, Buffalo Hunter and Karen Maneater, and the studio has a strong pipeline of new releases in the works.

The acquisition is subject to regulatory approvals and is expected to complete by the end of 2022. Once the deal is closed, Nolimit will become a fully owned subsidiary of Evolution. The studio will continue to operate from its Malta base, with its management team and employees remaining in place.
