They would not cash out my wifes withdrawal of a THOUSAND DOLLARS because her elderly mom claimed a measly bonus under the same IP… if that was even the truth. Theres no way of knowing this though because they hounded her on verification for 5 hours before using the IP as a backup excuse when they figured out all of her identification was valid and verified 6 months prior to this. This led me to believe that withdrawal would be easy, smooth and quick. I was quite pleased by their identity verification provider, HooYu, and the $10 LTC confirmation deposit was equally painless, but I guess that extra $10 was just too much temptation for them. Exactly two minutes after I requiested a withdrawal, it was cancelled without notice or explanation and the live chat option was removed from the site for me. Of course, email auto-response indicates that they may get back to me "due to the high volume of incoming mail." Fortunately, I'm only out the $10 plus some free chip winnings, but I'm nevertheless not too happy about it.
