Pretty soon, players will be able to play their favorite Marvel games at Playtech-powered online casinos. Currently, these can only be played at Cryptologic casinos, as they also have a license until the year 2010.

These very fun and popular online Marvel slots include Blade, Captain America, Daredevil, Fantastic Four, The Hulk, The Hulk Ultimate Revenge, The Punisher, Silver Surfer, Spider-Man, Spider-Man Revelations, Thor, Wolverine and X-Men.

Playtech (AIM:PTEC) shareholders are definitely pleased with this move, as shares jumped 2.61% to 343.75 pence upon announcement of this licensing agreement.

As with Cryptologic online casinos, Playtech casinos allow all international players, with the exception of players located in the United States. I, for one, will be glad when (if?) the UIGEA is repealed so us Americans can play at these casinos once again!
