Microgaming release exciting new take on roulette

On Wednesday, March 27, 2019, Microgaming unveiled its most recent addition to its colossal catalog of games. While releasing a new roulette game may not seem innovative on the surface, this new title brings an unparalleled level of gameplay to the online roulette scene.

    The Ultimate Roulette Experience

The game was developed exclusively for Microgaming by Switch Studios, who debuted at SiGMA in 2018 with stunningly elegant interfaces and overall development techniques.

Roulette is only the first in a new generation of table games that Microgaming has in the works. They say that it brings "the ultimate roulette experience" to online audiences.

One thing that stands apart from other roulette games is the wheel action. Not only does the 3D wheel look real enough to touch, but it incorporates mechanics that allow the balls to move in completely realistic ways to give players the most immersive experience possible.

In addition to the realistic wheel movements, players can also make use of the game's racetrack betting feature. Not only can users place their bets directly onto the racetrack, but they also have the ability to save their preferred betting options with the "favorites" feature for quicker, smoother betting action.

To streamline the experience even further, this roulette title also incorporates a "special bets" tab that has a curated list of pre-selected bets so that players can get in on the action quickly.

A Fresh Take On a Classic

Rather than reinventing the wheel, Switch Studios has focused on delivering a fresh, elegant new twist with Roulette. The title is rich with features to enhance gameplay and optimized to perform flawlessly on both desktop and mobile.

Switch Studios' Tom David commented that their aim "is to deliver the best selection of classic table games," and he believes that Roulette "is set to pave the way for a new series of table games to come."

Microgaming's Games Publisher David Reynolds agrees that the release of Roulette is an excellent reimagining of a classic game for a new generation of players. The game allows for a thrilling, immersive experience, and he says it's a "fantastic addition to Microgaming's portfolio."

Reynolds goes on to praise the Switch Studios team as a "close-knit group of online gambling and social gaming experts" that is "focused on bringing innovation and style to the online table gaming sector."
