Foxium Inks Investment Deal With Velo Partners

In a deal that will see the game developer, Foxium, gain access to RNG Foundry’s team and network, Foxium has announced that they have accepted an offer for an undisclosed amount of investment capital with one of the UK’s most active gaming investors Velo Partners.

Foxium is an innovative game developer with design studios based in Tallin, Estonia. The rapidly growing company also has offices in Sweden. The studio was founded in 2015. The company has produced several titles which can be found at Mr Green, LeoVegas, Prospect Hall, and several other well-known online casinos.

Foxium Games

All of their games, such as Lost Riches of Amazon, Fruitz, Lucky Bakery, The Odd Forest, Lucky Bakery, and Big Time Journey are rich in narrative with each title taking the player on a journey. 

Gaming Accelerator

RNG Foundry was launched in association with Velo Partners and operates as a gaming accelerator, similar to a business incubator that funds and works with rising stars and unknown talent in the gaming industry by offering distribution, technical resources, and equity investment.

This One Feels Right

Foxium CEO, Åke André said he was delighted to have entered into the agreement, noting that, although he had been approached by several investors in the past, none of the other potential fits "felt right". He added: "With Velo Partners, we felt for the first time we had an investor that had the same values, culture, and vision as we do. Through Velo Partners and the RNG Foundry, we are able to strengthen our company in some critical areas, specifically speed to market and distribution of our games."

Dynamic, Forward Thinking Studio

RNG Foundry Program Director, Ashley Sandyford-Sykes lauded Foxium and in a comment that may whet the appetites of other emerging talent commented: "Foxium has all the ingredients for a successful games studio and we look forward to building world-class casino games content for our distribution channels.
