Rules for Bingos Hall
General Rules
You must be 21 years of age or older to play.
You must provide valid user information. (Name, email)
Do not allow anyone else to use your account.
All deposit related bonuses are subject to Bingos’ wagering rules. (To follow)
Shall any deposit related bonus be credited manually, these will be subject to the wagering rules too. Shall the wagering rules not be met, Bingos’ shall be entitled to deduct the manually credited deposit bonus anytime.
Players are not allowed to create multiple accounts.
The company is entitled to remove any bonuses from player’s accounts that have been inactive during at least 15 days, requested to be closed by player or in case of a player’s abusive behavior.
Deposits
Ways to deposit can be found by clicking on cashier.
You can deposit a maximum of $300 each time you wish to fund your account.
The sum of all your deposits made on one day is limited to a max. of $500. Futhermore, the maximum amount you can have in your account is $300. If you would like to increase this amount, yiu can contact the help desk.
If using a credit card, it has to be in name, same as one registered with.
Payout Request
Payouts has to be a minimum of $25 due to banking reasons.
Promotional bonuses can not be cashed out but winning from them can be.
Before you can cashout, a deposit has to be made in advance of winning. (Other words you have to have made a deposit to cash out.)
As soon as a request is made all unqualified bonuses will be removed. (More on this to follow.)
- Withdrawal request are limited to one per day and one per payout period.
- The payout period is 3 days after the date of the request.
- It depends on the payout method, how long it takes to receive it.
- Players can totally or partially cancel a payout while it is pending.
- Payouts are processed Monday to Fridays. (Holidays and weekends will be done the following day)
- Payouts will be refunded through same method used to deposit, unless another way is requested.
Bonuses
A bonus is a BB’s in short (stands for bonus Bucks), is free money we award you. You can earn BBs from deposits, or as a prize for playing chat games.
BBs can not be cashed out.
A player must have made a deposit within the last 30 days.
The amount in bonuses won during the chat games can not exceed the deposit bonus % you are eligible for according to your member status level. (e.g. newbie, bronze, silver member..)
Bonuses must be qualified before they can be used for playing. In order to have them qualified, you must lose 95% of your funds.
All deposit related bonuses are subject to wagering rules.
Bonuses can only be used in Bingo Games.
Points
You can earn points either through the community events or through your deposits.
For every $1 you deposit into your account, you will be granted 50 points. Earn them by (making a deposit, win a chat game, win a contest or tourney, tell a friend, have a referral, send in a suggestion, and by playing the games.)
